At T Buy One Give One Iphone

Generally, AT&T deals entail purchasing the phone on an installment plan and getting a data plan at a specific level (like AT&T's Unlimited Starter plan), then AT&T will give you monthly rebates toward the value of the phone. So, to get the maximum value from these deals, you'll want to be ready to stick with AT&T for the long haul - 30 months in fact, at which point you'll have received the full discount.

My best advice for you is to give every phone a try at a brick-and-mortar store. There's nothing more helpful than holding and interacting with the phones in person and seeing what satisfies your consumer needs.

If you're an iPhone owner, perhaps you've heard the news: AT&T, the much-maligned carrier for Apple's top-selling smart phone, has rejiggered the pricing and structure of its 3G data plans. So what's changed? Well, for one, AT&T has eliminated its "unlimited" data plan, and replaced it with a tiered data plan, starting with DataPlus, which gives you 200MB of data a month for $15.

Tethering, in other words, will cost you $45 a month. Crucially, the tethering plan does not give you extra data. Why is this important? Simple: Tethering can suck up a lot of megabytes. Unsurprisingly, some are furious at AT&T. Here's Matt Buchanan at Gizmodo:

The jury is still out but the apparent pent-up demand (admittedly anecdotal) for iPhone on Verizon does seem to show that given similar pricing, and a similar demographic/geographic addressable market, people do prefer the iPhone.

Spectators are not permitted to use or wave flags, banners, signs or other items that are affixed to any pole or stick made of wood, metal, plastic or any other hard material, and that is more than 11 by 17 inches in size. Teams/Artists are also prohibited from providing such items to fans either by sale or giveaway. (This allowance is subject to change, at any time, at the discretion of AT&T Center management.)

Speaking of getting phones fixed, carriers also usually offer their own insurance plans, which could be cheaper or more comprehensive than plans offered by manufacturers. This will give you some peace of mind if you are buying a very expensive new flagship!

Luckily, there are ways around this. PayPal has a credit plan which gives you six months of interest-free credit, for example. Credit card companies sometimes offer payment plans to help break down the price of high-ticket items into smaller chunks, and some manufacturers will even offer interest-free payment plans right on their websites. However, even with these options, paying for an unlocked phone can be tricky for many buyers. 041b061a72
